Account data: your email and name (for example, via Google sign-in), plus your language and notification preferences.

Exchange connections: the API keys you provide to connect exchange or broker accounts. We store these encrypted and use them only to run your bots.

Usage data: the bots and strategies you create, their configuration, backtest and trade history, and how you interact with the Service.

Payment data: handled by our processor (Stripe). We receive your plan, credit balance, and transaction status — we never see or store full card numbers.

Messaging handles: your Telegram chat id or Discord id, if you connect notifications.

Technical data: device, log, and approximate location information, and cookies, for security and analytics.

To provide and operate the Service — running bots, backtests, and notifications; to process payments and manage your plan and credits; to provide support; to secure the platform and prevent abuse; to improve our product; and to send service-related messages.

Your keys are stored encrypted and used solely to place, modify, and cancel orders for the bots you run. We recommend trade-only permissions without withdrawal access. You can revoke a key at your exchange and remove it from algomax at any time — after which your bots can no longer trade.

We share data with the service providers that help us run algomax: our payment processor (Stripe), the exchanges and brokers you connect (such as Binance and Alpaca), cloud hosting and infrastructure, authentication (Google), and analytics and advertising-measurement providers.

We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose data if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of algomax and its users.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser, though some features may not work without them.

We keep your data while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can request deletion of your account and associated data.

We use technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption of sensitive credentials. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we apply appropriate safeguards to such transfers.

algomax is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
