AlgoMax

AI forex trading, rules first.

Forex rewards discipline and punishes improvisation. AlgoMax turns your idea into a currency strategy with explicit entry and exit rules, backtests it on major pairs, and runs it automatically on paper — so the plan, not the mood, does the trading.

Start on paper

How it works

  1. 01

Describe the setup you trade — a EUR/USD breakout at the London open, a pullback to the 20-day average, a range fade.

  2. 02

The AI drafts it as readable rules and asks about the details that matter, like stops and position sizing.

  3. 03

Backtest on historical data for major pairs and inspect the trades, drawdown and win/loss pattern.

  4. 04

Run it on paper with live prices — entries, exits and stops handled automatically, each labeled with its reason.

Why run forex rules on AlgoMax

01

Discipline, automated

Most forex accounts die from overtrading and moved stops. An automated strategy takes the same trade the same way, every time.

02

Risk per trade, enforced

Stops and take-profits (fixed, trailing or staged), risk limits and position caps are enforced by the platform on every tick.

03

Both directions

Currencies trend both ways. Strategies short as naturally as they go long when your rules call for it.

04

No black box

You see the rules in plain language and every simulated trade carries the rule that triggered it.

What is AI forex trading?

AI forex trading applies machine intelligence to currency markets — the largest and most algorithm-dominated market in the world. Banks and funds have traded FX algorithmically for decades; the retail equivalent has been the expert advisor (EA), a scripted robot bought from a marketplace and run on faith.

AI changes who gets to author the robot. Instead of buying someone else's black-box EA, you describe your own setup — a London-open breakout, a pullback to the 20-day average — and the AI drafts it as explicit rules you can read, backtest on major pairs and refine in conversation. The logic stays yours.

No AI predicts central banks, payroll numbers or geopolitics. In a market driven by macro surprises, the honest edge automation offers a retail trader is narrower but real: perfect consistency, tested rules, and risk taken deliberately instead of emotionally.

Sessions, leverage and why discipline wins

Forex runs 24 hours on weekdays, but it is not uniform: liquidity and volatility concentrate where sessions overlap, and many setups only make sense at specific hours. Automated rules can be session-aware by construction — they trade the window you designed for and stay flat outside it.

Leverage is the sharp edge. Margin lets small price moves produce large account moves in both directions, which is why per-trade risk — stop distance, position size, total exposure — matters more than any entry signal. On AlgoMax, stops, targets and risk limits are enforced automatically on every tick.

Live trading also differs from history: spreads widen at news, fills slip in fast markets. Treat a backtest as a filter for bad ideas rather than a promise of good ones, and let a strategy run on paper with live prices before real money is on the line.

What we don't promise

Forex is where the loudest “guaranteed pips” marketing lives. Our position:

No guaranteed pips

No EA, signal group or AI can promise forex profits. We never quote a success rate as a sales pitch.

Backtests have limits

Spreads, slippage and news events mean live fills differ from history. A backtest is a filter for bad ideas, not a promise of good ones.

Leverage cuts both ways

Forex is traded on margin and losses can be fast. Strategies start on paper — prove the rules before risking capital.

Frequently asked questions

What is AI forex trading?

Using AI to design or run automated currency strategies. On AlgoMax, the AI converts your plain-language idea into explicit rules for major pairs, which you backtest and run automatically on paper.

Does automated forex trading work?

Automation reliably executes rules; it doesn't make bad rules profitable. The value is consistency and testability: you can backtest a rule set and judge it on evidence instead of memory.

Which pairs can strategies trade?

Major currency pairs like EUR/USD, with the same strategy language used for crypto and US stocks.

Do I need to code an expert advisor?

No. Describe the strategy in conversation — no MQL, no scripts. The platform drafts, tests and automates the rules.

Is my risk managed automatically?

Your stops, take-profits, risk limits and position caps are enforced automatically on every tick. What they should be is your call — the AI helps you set them deliberately.
